The management of M Objekt Real Estate Holding GmbH & Co. KG (the “Company”) announces that full repayment of the corporate bond
(ISIN: DE000A2YNRD5 / WKN: A2YNRD) has been definitively secured.
To ensure the proper servicing of the bond, the Company has provided additional liquid funds from its own reserves and made them available to the paying agent.
The outstanding final installment, including accrued interest, will be paid via Clearstream Banking with a value date of December 19, 2025. Upon payment, the corporate bond will be fully redeemed.
The company assumes that this payment fulfills all obligations arising from the corporate bond.
